1. I need to cancel my registration, who should I contact?
Please reach out via the "Contact Us" button below if you would like to cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
2. When will I receive my e-Ticket?
You will receive a reminder email with an e-ticket link on 9 April, Wednesday and we will send you the final email reminder with the e-ticket link on 11 April, Friday before the event. Please have your mobile device ready to show your e-Ticket upon arrival at the venue to allow for speedy entry. Event pre-registration is required to enter the event venue. Kindly note that you will only receive the e-Ticket if your registration has been confirmed.
3. I still haven't received my e-Ticket. What should I do?
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, visit the registration team onsite if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.
