1. I need to cancel my registration, who should I contact?
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
2. When will I receive my e-Ticket?
• You will receive a reminder email few days prior to the event and we will send you the final email reminder with the e-ticket link before the event starts. Please have your mobile device ready to show your e-Ticket upon arrival at the venue to allow for speedy entry on the event day.
• Event pre-registration is required to enter the event venue. Kindly note that you will only receive the e-Ticket if your registration has been confirmed.
3. I still haven't received my e-Ticket. What should I do?
• Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. If you still can't find it, please email to apacevents@salesforce.com prior to the event.
• On the event day, visit the registration team onsite if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.
