In early 2022, Purdue University Online’s Marketing and Recruiting efforts were a collection of individual program-level strategies, graphics, and messages. After two years of rapid growth and program expansion, performance was unpredictable, and best practices were often not shared across campaigns. So in conjunction with a move from an individual Salesforce instance to a campus-wide enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, Purdue University Online redefined their email marketing and recruiter outreach strategy from the bottom up. With a focus on student-centric language, brand-forward messaging and timely information sharing, one year after launch, engagement metrics are up over 35%.
The UK Invests program, a collaborative venture with Fidelity Investments, represents the University of Kentucky's commitment to student financial wellness. Through Salesforce's Education Cloud, we harness the power of CRM to organize and access data seamlessly. The Marketing Cloud automates communications, fostering engagement and participation in the program. Tableau's analytical prowess allows us to assess the program's impact, providing invaluable insights. Our proposal will illustrate how Salesforce and Tableau's combined capabilities can effectively drive innovative student success programs like UK Invests.
How can you get ahead of constituent needs and expectations? We’ll show how you can unify data, activate insights and leverage real-time personalization to enhance the moments that matter—whether it’s identifying and supporting at-risk students earlier, or surfacing the interests that motivate a donor today.
