The Impact Accelerator supports small business owners within the Salesforce ecosystem. With a hands-on collaborative learning model, Salesforce provides consulting partners with the tools to successfully build their Salesforce business, drive alignment, identify new opportunities for growth, and build long-lasting relationships with a network of entrepreneurs and Salesforce teams.
To apply, your firm must meet these requirements:Â
• A current Salesforce Consulting partner in good standing for at least one year.
• Your organization is based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
• A growth-stage company beyond initial traction, with a team in place and an existing customer base.
• Annual company revenue is between $1M-10M USD (this is flexible).
• A minimum of one person aligned to or responsible for the Salesforce partnership.
• C-Suite has the time and resources to dedicate to the Accelerator and can commit to completing the entire program including self-led content, assignments and attending all live sessions (The program lasts approximately 12 weeks. Participants should expect to invest about 8 hours per month.)

What can I expect to get out of this program?
By participating in the program, you can expect to participate in everything from strategic alignment, to positioning and messaging, delivery best practices, operational excellence and go-to-market strategy.
How will the programming be delivered?Â
The program includes self-paced learning via on-demand content, live SME-led sessions via web conference meetings, and mentor and executive sponsor meetings. There will be an opportunity to meet with the group in person around keystone events such as Partner Kickoff, Dreamforce or World Tours.Â
What is the time commitment for the program?
The program lasts approximately 12 weeks, and the time commitment is about 8 hours per month.
Do I need to participate in all of the programming?
Yes. We will be monitoring participation in the program and require full participation from all participants. At least one person from your company is required to be the main contact person and attend all sessions.
What if I cannot attend a session? Will they be recorded?
The sessions will be recorded, but it is expected that you participate in all of the sessions.Â
How many people from my company can participate in the program?
The organization's founder, owner or leader should be the main point of contact and participate throughout the duration of this program. We encourage you to share the calendar invites with specialists within your company based on the topic(s) of interest.Â
Is the program open to all regions?
At this time, the program is only open to consulting partners based in the United States. We will examine expanding globally in the future.Â
Is there a cost or equity stake associated with participation in the program?
No. There is no cost to apply to or join the program and Salesforce does not take any equity in your business.
Does Salesforce supply capital for program participants?
No. Salesforce will share information about possible avenues your organization can take to investigate funding, but there is no funding guaranteed by participating in the program.Â
