1. I need to change or cancel my registration, who should I contact?
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
2. When will I receive my e-Ticket?
You will receive a reminder email on Monday 16th October and we will send you the final email reminder with the e-ticket link on the 18th October morning before the event starts.
Please have your mobile device ready to show your e-Ticket upon arrival at the venue to allow for speedy entry. Event pre-registration is required to enter the event venue. Kindly note that you will only receive the e-Ticket if your registration has been confirmed.
3. I still haven't received my e-Ticket. What should I do?
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, visit the registration team on site if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.
4. What are we doing to ensure the safety of our customers, partners and employees?
COVID-19 Entry Requirements: all attendees will be required to follow any COVID-19 health and safety protocols issued by the venue, and local health authorities.
