Soberforce is a subgroup of Salesforce's internal Business Resource Group (BRG), Abilityforce. We are made up of employees dedicated to creating inclusion for the sober, sober-curious, non-drinkers, and their allies. Founded early in the pandemic by a few brave souls, we serves as a place of support, inspiration, and connection with an emphasis on destigmatizing recovery, normalizing the choice not to drink for any reason, and advocating for the de-centering of work life from alcohol.
