According to recent research, 80–95% of AI initiatives fail, often due to hallucination risk and a lack of trust in the underlying data.Â
Â
While the Salesforce platform provides powerful capabilities to mitigate these risks—experience or knowledge of best practices to make the right choices is essential to unlock their value. If you're a Salesforce customer or consultant tasked with delivering an agentic solution, concerned about your data readiness and reliability, or simply want to ensure your scoping, planning, architecture, and design decisions are sound—this is the workshop for you.
Join fellow Salesforce professionals for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to build the trusted data foundation for your agents—gaining the experience and knowledge of best practices needed to make the right choices in scoping, architecture, design, and testing. Through a holistic, practitioner-led methodology, we explore how to define impactful agentic use cases, identify hidden complexities, and design grounded, data-aware solutions across the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
This workshop delivers practical knowledge, expert guidance, and data-backed insight through the lens of a relatable, cross-industry use case: Case Deflection using Agentforce.
This workshop delivers practical knowledge, expert guidance, and data-backed insight through the lens of a relatable, cross-industry use case: Case Deflection using Agentforce.
You'll walk away knowing how to:
