BWBW is a Salesforce-led Equality & Diversity Program that aims to support women who have taken a career break in their journeys and they are willing to return back into business, particularly within the Tech Industry.

BWBW stands for Equality & Diversity in the workplace and supports a more gender-balanced organisation to increase innovation, profitability, customer success and more employees satisfaction!
