About the workshop

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the new Agentforce Builder experience and learn how Agentforce combines natural language, topics, actions, data, and Agent Script to control agent behavior.

You'll build and refine an employee agent, connect it to Salesforce data with standard actions, ground responses with unstructured data, and apply verification guardrails using hybrid reasoning and conditional logic.

You’ll work in Agentforce Builder, use the canvas to understand and refine agent behavior, inspect Agent Script, and test your agent as you iterate. By the end, you’ll understand the fundamentals of building agents that are grounded, controllable, and ready to scale.
