1. I need to cancel my registration, who should I contact?
Please email sleu@salesforce.com if you would like to cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.

 
2. When will I receive my confirmation and reminder email?
• We’ll get in touch as soon as your registration has been confirmed.

• You will receive a reminder email few days prior to the event and we will send you the final email reminder before the event day. 

• Kindly note that you will receive a QR code in a separate email to enter the Suntec Tower 5 building, as well as another email for check-in at the Salesforce office. Please have your mobile device ready to show your QR code upon arrival at the venue to allow for speedy entry on the event day.

• Event pre-registration is required to enter the event venue. Kindly note that you will only receive the e-Ticket if your registration has been confirmed.

 
3. I still haven't received my confirmation or reminder email. What should I do?
• Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. If you still can't find it, please email to sleu@salesforce.com prior to the event.
