Hosted by Salesforce’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice and Salesforce Launchpad, this hands-on workshop series will help you design and prototype AI agents tailored to your company’s most pressing GTM challenges from sales to service and more.

This hands-on workshop will show you how to build an Agentforce SDR to help nurture leads and build a sales coaching agent to help reps perfect their pitches.

Build a Service Agent (1:00pm - 3:00pm):

This hands-on workshop will show you how to build an Agentforce service agent to assist with recommendations, bookings, customer service replies, work summaries, and more.

Build a Custom Agent with Third-Party Data (3:00 - 5:00pm):

This hands-on workshop will show you how to build a custom agent, bringing together harmonized data and generative AI to create powerful interactions and automations to support your business needs.
