This isn't just another competition. It's your shot to transform the Salesforce ecosystem in front of peers and industry leaders. In CNX's first-ever agent-building competition, create and submit a custom Agentforce demo. Then, three finalists will be selected to present live on stage at Connections — with the winner taking home the grand prize. Some restrictions apply.
Partner must complete the entire entry form and submit a demo video (.MP4) no longer than five minutes in length detailing their use case, what the business value is, and how their agent works.
Partner may work in teams of up to four, however, only a single representative can be submitted as the “lead.”
All use cases must include an element of Salesforce Marketing Cloud but may also include other Salesforce solutions.
Partner must be able and willing to send representative(s) to Connections 2025 if selected as top three finalist.
A panel will judge your submission based on the following criteria:
• Business Value (50%)
• Creativity (30%)
• Demo Video Quality / Delivery (20%)

Email Personalization Agent
Generates real-time email personalization using dynamic content blocks in Marketing Cloud Engagement to generate real-time recommendations from Salesforce.
Admin Agent
Helps set up business units or search data extensions or data model objects.
Analytics Agent
Evaluate previous content performance and make recommendation for a specific offer.
Developer Agent
Builds out complex dynamic content or scripting for campaigns.
Industry-specific Agent
Helps with a niche use case in your specific industry.
Please leverage the Partner Learning Camp (PLC) environment. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll need to make sure you’ve done the following:
1. Turn on Data Cloud.
2. Turn on Einstein Bots, Generative AI, and Agents.
3. Assign Permission Sets to user.

4. Record a demo video showing off what your agent does, how it works, and what it’s business value is.

AI agents are autonomous, proactive applications designed to execute specialized tasks to help employees and customers. They can search for data relevant to the job or request and have the ability to connect all enterprise data and harmonize it. They also have the ability to analyze that data and come up with an action plan for the job. Perhaps most importantly, they have the ability to execute the action plan after the LLM performs its reasoning.
