1. I'm keen to attend both the Small Business Trailblazer Breakfast and the main strategic event, Agentforce World Tour Singapore. Do I still need to register for Agentforce World Tour Singapore if I have registered for the Small Business Trailblazer Breakfast?Â
No, once you have registered through the Small Business Trailblazer Breakfast registration form, you will also be automatically registered for the Agentforce World Tour Singapore event.
2. Does my colleague/peer need to register if I have already registered?
You must register individually in advance to attend this event. Due to limited seating, event pre-registration is required to enter the event venue. Kindly note that you will only receive an eticket email if your registration has been confirmed.
3. I need to cancel my registration, who should I contact?
Please reach out via the "Contact Us" button below if you would like to cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.

4. When will I receive my e-Ticket?
You will receive a reminder email with an e-ticket link on 13 May, Tuesday and we will send you the final email reminder with the e-ticket link on 15 May, Thursday, 7:00am before the event. When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in. Event pre-registration is required to enter the event venue. Kindly note that you will only receive the e-Ticket if your registration has been confirmed.

5. I still haven't received my e-Ticket. What should I do?
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.

6. How much does the event cost?
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
7. Where can I get more information and help during the event?
You can find out event information onsite at the walk in registration desk.
I’m travelling in a taxi or rideshare, or being dropped off.
• The best drop off and pick up location is in front of the Marina Bay Sands Convention and Exhibition Centre, which is on the ground floor. For either option, allow four to six minutes to make my way to Level 3 concourse where staff will direct me to the event entrance at Level 4.

I’m driving myself and will need to park onsite.
• Marina Bay Sands operates three car parking stations, including the Bayfront Link which is located next to Sands Expo & Convention Centre (South Entrance). Full information and rates are available in the directions to Marina Bay Sands page, under the car and taxi section.

I’m travelling on public transport.
• Marina Bay Sands is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16). The station connects to the Circle and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system. More details about the directions can be found here.
